I’m Lindsay and I teach Iyengar Yoga in my purpose built home studio in Wilmslow.

I've been practising yoga for around 25 years and have many years experience in teaching individuals of all ages & abilities in a variety of settings including gyms, yoga studios, schools and offices.

My classes are accessible to people of all ages and abilities. I'm passionate about teaching and making yoga enjoyable, where everyone leaves feeling the benefits.
