The Zoom classes have been an ideal way of stepping up my yoga practice to two sessions a week. They are flexible in offering morning and early evening sessions. Classes can be booked or rearranged easily from week to week.


It's good to see that postures can be tailored in a way which make use of personal household furniture such as chairs in place of yoga equipment. Good value. Thanks Lindsay
